Job Description:

A prestigious, international cost consultancy is seeking an ambitious MEP Quantity Surveyor to join their rapidly expanding specialist M&E team within their London office. With a national reputation for delivering iconic, high-profile projects across commercial, industrial, life sciences and sports sectors, this consultancy is undergoing one of its most exciting periods of growth-backed by consistent success across their CMES (Cost Management Engineering Services) division.

Job Responsibility:

Work across both local and international schemes
Collaborate with the Major Projects team on complex, confidential developments
Deliver projects from inception to completion
Contribute to the long-term growth and structure of the Birmingham M&E team

Requirements:

Previous M&E Quantity Surveying experience within a PQS/Consultancy environment
Client facing & professional
Ideally a RICS Accredited degree (BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying desirable) or other construction related degree
Any sector experience in the above mentioned sectors
