An ambitious start-up Cost Consultancy is seeking a MEP Quantity Surveyor to support their high-profile projects across London. This forward-thinking firm is founded by established industry professionals and is building a reputation for specialist, repeat-business-focused services with blue-chip clients.

Job Responsibility:

Support high-profile projects across London
Produce cost plans
Challenge subcontractor returns
Interpret complex services designs

Requirements:

Minimum 3+ years MEP Quantity Surveying experience in a UK Consultancy
Strong technical Pre-Contract MEP knowledge
Comfortable producing cost plans, challenging subcontractor returns and interpreting complex services designs
Experience with commercial office refurbishments preferred
Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or similar
Ideally MRICS or working towards
