Job Description:

An established cost consultancy in London seeks a confident MEP Quantity Surveyor to deliver high-quality projects ranging from £5m to £25m. The role offers autonomy, career growth, leadership support, and opportunities to guide junior team members while working within a dynamic 15-person specialist team.

Job Responsibility:

Take ownership of projects from day one
Work on Commercial, Retail, Fit Out & Refurbishment projects
Guide junior team members
Provide specialist support within M&E team
Deliver projects independently.

Requirements:

MRICS is desirable (but not crucial)
A RICS-accredited degree qualification (ideally in Quantity Surveying)
Experience delivering commercial fit-out, refurbishment or retail projects
Ability to run projects independently with minimal supervision
Previous MEP experience in a UK cost consultancy or PQS firm.
