Mep Quantity Surveyor

• Reviewing scopes and challenging costs to ensure value is achieved
• Supporting contractor negotiations and agreeing provisional sums
• Preparing and maintaining detailed cost reports and valuations
• Managing change control and assisting with monthly financial reviews
• Collaborating closely with a wider team of MEP Cost Managers and Estimators based in the Oxford head office

• A degree in Quantity Surveying or similar
• 5+ years’ experience in MEP Quantity Surveying or Commercial Management
• Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems and their associated costs
• Previous experience working for a contractor or consultancy
• Confident in contractor negotiation, cost management, and reporting
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, with knowledge of Bluebeam desirable
