Mep Quantity Surveyor

• Preparing MEP cost plans, budgets and feasibility assessments
• assisting with tender documentation and MEP contract preparation
• managing procurement of MEP subcontract packages
• monitoring MEP valuations, variations and change control
• supporting risk management and value engineering of building services
• overseeing interim valuations and contributing to final accounts
• producing financial reports and cost updates relating to MEP works

• A degree in Quantity Surveying or a related construction discipline
• Experience working as an MEP Quantity Surveyor, Quantity Surveyor or similar role within construction or consultancy
• Good understanding of MEP / building services packages
• Knowledge of construction contracts (JCT preferred)
• Experience supporting projects through the full project lifecycle
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• MRICS desirable or working towards
