Job Responsibility:

  • Planning: Create budgets, estimates, and contract documents
  • Bidding: Manage the entire tender process from documentation to analysis
  • Monitoring: Track project spending and communicate cost changes clearly
  • Problem Solving: Resolve contract issues, variations, and disputes quickly
  • Closing: Finalise accounts and ensure all claims are settled fairly

Requirements:

  • Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, M&E Engineering or a related field
  • Able to work independently in office, on site, and visit clients for meeting
  • Good analytic and negotiation skills
