Job Description:

A specialist, design-led MEP cost consultancy with a strong reputation for delivering complex public and private sector projects is seeking a confident MEP Project Surveyor to join their growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced MEP Project Surveyor who wants to work across a broad and varied project portfolio, including major Government schemes, high-rise residential and retail developments, and emerging Data Centre projects (UK and abroad). The team operates on a flexible basis – most staff work 1 day a week in the office and 1-2 days on client sites, dependent on project needs.

Job Responsibility:

  • Work across a broad and varied project portfolio, including major Government schemes, high-rise residential and retail developments, and emerging Data Centre projects
  • Collaborate closely with Planners and Project Managers
  • Lead projects independently

Requirements:

  • 3+ years MEP experience, ideally in a UK Consultancy environment
  • Relevant degree qualification
  • MRICS is highly desirable, but not essential – can help with chartership if desired
  • Ability to lead projects independently
