We are seeking an MEP Planner to serve as the vital link between technical design and on-site execution. This high-visibility role requires a strategic thinker who can navigate the fast-paced demands of large-scale data center builds and facilitate seamless communication across a multicultural project environment.
Job Responsibility:
Integrated Scheduling: Develop and optimize complex MEP installation schedules using Primavera P6, ensuring alignment with overall project milestones
Technical Liaison: Act as a key technical interface between regional engineering leads and international project teams to ensure MEP logic and sequences are strictly followed
Critical Path Management: Oversee the "Power-On" sequence and cooling system integration, proactively identifying and mitigating risks to the commissioning date
Progress Verification: Conduct regular site walkthroughs to audit physical MEP progress against the master schedule
Multilingual Reporting: Prepare technical progress reports for executive leadership and international clients, ensuring clarity across different regional offices
Requirements:
5+ years in construction planning, specifically within Data Centers or high-tech industrial facilities
Mastery of Primavera P6 is essential
Deep understanding of Electrical (UPS, Switchgear, HV/MV) and Mechanical (Chillers, CRAC, Cooling Towers) installation sequences
You must be comfortable translating complex technical concepts and coordinating between diverse stakeholders where these two languages are the primary modes of business
Full willingness to relocate to designated project sites as required
