Within the PM team, lead and supervise all MEP (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing) engineering aspects of the comprehensive urban development, including the integration of renewable energy systems, installations for 900 homes, public and tertiary buildings. Ensure the design, coordination and implementation of all technical installations from industrial structure rehabilitation to complete development of the residential and tertiary complex.
Job Responsibility:
Lead and supervise all MEP (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing) engineering aspects of the comprehensive urban development, including the integration of renewable energy systems, installations for 900 homes, public and tertiary buildings
Ensure the design, coordination and implementation of all technical installations from industrial structure rehabilitation to complete development of the residential and tertiary complex
Supervise the design and implementation of the comprehensive geothermal system for heating and cooling throughout the entire development (housing + public/tertiary buildings)
Coordinate the integration of the photovoltaic installation with the complex's general electrical grid
Manage the interconnection between renewable systems and the conventional electrical grid
Design and supervise all electricity, gas, water and drainage connections for the complete development
Coordinate with utility companies on capacity planning, routing and connection points
Ensure adequate sizing for housing and complementary buildings, considering future demands and backup systems
Coordinate MEP installations with prefabricated housing elements (bathroom modules, kitchens, façades)
Supervise pre-installation of systems in modular elements and their subsequent connection with general networks
Optimise interfaces between prefabricated systems and building general installations
Collaborate closely with structural rehabilitation, decontamination and urbanisation teams to ensure optimal installation routing
Coordinate with the Project Manager on MEP work sequencing in relation to other specialities
Manage critical interfaces between temporary construction installations and permanent systems
