  • Minimum 20 years of experience in managing and executing MEP systems for large-scale EPC / Design-Build infrastructure and industrial projects
  • Experience with international consultants and national clients
  • In-depth technical and execution knowledge across mechanical, electrical, plumbing, firefighting, HVAC, drainage, stormwater, and ELV systems
  • Strong expertise in design coordination, shop drawing review, execution monitoring, testing, commissioning, and statutory compliance within EPC frameworks
  • Experience managing multiple design consultants under PMC-controlled environments with strict compliance to client specifications and codes
  • Proficiency in software including AutoCAD, Revit MEP, BIM, Navisworks
  • Proven ability to resolve multidisciplinary technical conflicts, manage consultant/vendor interfaces, and ensure constructability and integration with civil/structural/ICT packages
  • Strong knowledge of QA/QC systems, MEP ITPs, testing procedures, and performance validation as per project requirements
  • Excellent leadership, coordination, and client-facing communication skills for managing high-value EPC MEP operations
