Job Responsibility

Provide high-quality, person-centred care
Support with medication, cooking, cleaning, and daily routines
Offer emotional support and promote independence
Enable community engagement and activities
Empower the individual to enjoy hobbies and learn new things
Handle challenging behaviours calmly and consistently

Requirements

Mental Health experience
Full UK Driving Licence

Nice to have

Compassion and a positive mindset
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
