We have an excellent career opportunity for the role of Support Worker to join our team here at iBC Healthcare at one of our Residential service. Role: Support Worker Pay Rate: £12.81 Per Hour Shifts: Days/Night Full time: 36 hours per week Duties Include Support people with learning disabilities to the highest standard and in line with their support plan, cultural needs and wishes. Support and encourage people to make choices and life decisions in line with the Mental Capacity Act requirements. Assist and encourage people to engage in everyday home, social, leisure and work activities, according to the individual's choice. Support people with their health needs as required, e.g., taking medication and attending doctor's appointments. Person Specifications A positive can-do attitude as well as a caring, patient, and reliable nature.
