Job Description:

Come join one of the fastest-growing outpatient mental health practices in Howard County, Md! This position is flexible remote, meaning some in person and some through Telehealth. We have immediate openings for LGPC LMSW therapists: Offer guaranteed pay for the initial 8 weeks as you ramp your caseload; Active patient waiting list waiting to be assigned to therapist; Provide Clinical supervision by MD state-licensed LCPC and LCSW-C at no cost to you; Ability to provide different types of therapy (individual, group, play, etc); We have a wide variety of patients for great exposure to new clinical experiences; Awesome leadership team focused on supporting you and your growth; Steady pay with excellent benefits, and bonus structure; Ability to customize your hours; Ability to grow into leadership role within the organization. Job Responsibility:

  • Evaluate mental health diagnosis, create and implement a treatment plan, and complete ongoing documentation including further diagnosis, treatment plan reviews, and case notes according to company policy
  • Maintain a caseload of 25 client sessions per week
  • Provide excellent customer service for clients and collaborate with a dynamic team to further the mission of filling gaps in our community
  • Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goals
  • Coordinate services with case managers, families, work personnel, medical personnel, other Ellie staff, and school staff as needed
  • Attend and participate in all clinical staff meetings and training

Requirements:

  • Master’s degree in social work or one of the behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited college or university
  • Licensed mental health professional in the state of Maryland
  • Experience with completing DAs, treatment plans, and clinical case notes
