Job Description:

We are seeking a Licensed Therapist at the Ellie Mental Health - Saint Peters, Missouri location who is aligned with making a positive impact in our community. We are a locally owned and operated clinic whose mission is to improve and expand access to quality mental healthcare in our area. The perfect candidate will share in our mission and who will thrive in an environment driven by our core values which are authenticity, humor, compassion, creativity, acceptance and determination.

Job Responsibility:

  • Evaluate mental health diagnoses, create, implement, and maintain treatment plans and complete ongoing documentation
  • Provide excellent customer service for clients and collaborate with a dynamic team to further the mission of filling gaps in your community
  • Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goals
  • Participate in clinic group meetings and case load discussions
  • Maintain a caseload of a minimum of 25 billable sessions per week

Requirements:

  • Full licensed mental health professional (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, etc.) valid in the state of Missouri
  • Ability to demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clients
  • Ability to complete and submit documentation of services and other documents in a timely manner
  • Growing ability to work with a diverse client base
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in the use of Electronic Health Record systems and experience with MS Office 365
