Job Description

We are seeking a Licensed Therapist at the Ellie Mental Health - Saint Peters, Missouri location who is aligned with making a positive impact in our community. We are a locally owned and operated clinic whose mission is to improve and expand access to quality mental healthcare in our area. Job Responsibility

  • Evaluate mental health diagnoses, create, implement, and maintain treatment plans and complete ongoing documentation
  • Provide excellent customer service for clients and collaborate with a dynamic team to further the mission of filling gaps in your community
  • Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goals
  • Participate in clinic group meetings and case load discussions
  • Maintain a caseload of a minimum of 25 billable sessions per week

Requirements

  • Full licensed mental health professional (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, etc.) valid in the state of Missouri
  • Ability to demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clients
  • Ability to complete and submit documentation of services and other documents in a timely manner
  • Growing ability to work with a diverse client base
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in the use of Electronic Health Record systems and experience with MS Office 365
