Job Description

Ellie Mental Health is expanding and seeking licensed therapists who want to do meaningful work in a well-supported, clinician-focused environment. If you're looking for strong referral flow, flexibility, and a team that removes administrative burden, this could be a great fit.

Job Responsibility

  • Complete intake assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Provide ongoing therapy and maintain accurate clinical documentation
  • Manage an average caseload of ~25 sessions per week (full-time) or ~15 sessions per week (part-time)
  • Collaborate with internal clinical team members
  • Coordinate care with outside providers, families, and support systems when appropriate
  • Participate in team meetings and ongoing training opportunities

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related behavioral health field
  • Active Pennsylvania license (LCSW, LPC, or LMFT)
  • Experience with clinical documentation, including treatment planning

Nice to have

  • Use of creative or integrative therapeutic approaches
  • Work with children, adolescents, or families
  • Couples or family therapy experience
  • Familiarity with community resources and insurance-based care
