Active Pathways is excited to offer an opportunity for a Mental Health Team Leader to join our brand-new 10-bed rehabilitation service, Heathy House, in Halifax. This residential service provides a step-down environment for individuals on their journey to independent living. This full-time role follows a four-week rolling rota with varied shifts between 6am and 10pm, Monday to Friday, and includes one Saturday shift per month. While the rota provides structure, some flexibility is required to meet service needs, including occasional shift cover. Adjustments can be considered for the right candidate, but flexibility remains essential. You can find the full rota outlined below. Heathy House offers supportive residential care in for men with mental health needs. Designed to bridge the gap between hospital care and independent living, Heathy House supports up to 10 residents for 18 to 24 months. Our structured, person-centred approach focuses on building independent living and life skills, enhancing access to education, employment, and community opportunities, and supporting emotional and physical wellbeing. We work in partnership with residents to plan their next steps toward greater independence, promoting resilience, recovery, and personal growth. About the Role: As Team Leader, you’ll play a key role in delivering safe, high-quality, and recovery-focused care. Working in close partnership with the Registered Manager, you’ll provide day-to-day leadership, mentor staff, promote a positive and inclusive culture, and ensure our residents are supported to reach their full potential.
