Mental Health Support Worker

At Mond Court Apartments we support 6 people with Mental Health needs, who may also have Learning Disabilities or a dual diagnosis. We support individuals who may also have challenging behaviours and/or drug and alcohol problems. We are looking for someone outgoing, enthusiastic and confident to join our team. You’ll be working in a challenging environment so must be able to follow instructions and make your own decisions when required to ensure the wellbeing of our clients. Working as part of a team, you must be able to adapt, be a team player and flexible to the needs of the home. We are looking for a confident person who will be able to accompany and engage with our clients on various outdoor activities including Swimming, fishing, rock climbing and mountain walks.
