You’ll be supporting individuals with mental health concerns, complex care needs, learning disabilities, and addiction backgrounds to live independently in their own homes. This isn’t always easy—some days will test your patience and creativity—but the rewards are huge. Requirements:

Nice to have:

  • Experience as a Care Assistant, Support Worker, NHS or Prison Service staff with experience in addiction, mental health or complex care support
  • Transferrable skills from other sectors
