Requirements
Has experience in a recovery-oriented environment or in a similar role
Possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Is empathetic, patient, and understanding of diverse backgrounds
Is able to work independently and as part of a team
Holds a relevant qualification or is willing to pursue one
