Role: Support Worker Pay Rate: £12.90 Per Hour Shifts: Days & Nights Full-time - 42 hours per week About the Role: As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting adults to: Engage in meaningful activities that reflect their interests, goals, and aspirations; Build confidence and skills to live as independently as possible; Access and participate in their local communities, including education, employment, volunteering, and social opportunities; Develop and maintain positive relationships with family, friends, and professionals; Make informed choices and have their voice heard in all aspects of their lives; You will provide person-centred support that promotes dignity, respect, and choice, adapting your approach to meet each individual’s needs.
