Mental Health Support Worker

Taith Cartref is a 13 bedded home supporting individuals with a primary diagnosis of Mental health and complex needs such as schizophrenia, bipolar and depression. These individuals may also have other diagnosis such as autism, learning disabilities and substance misuse. We have a team of highly trained staff that are available to provide support 24 hours per day. The service aims to promote independence at every opportunity. We will provide full training and ongoing support.
