We are urgently recruiting Mental Health Support Workers to support children and young people (under 18) with learning disabilities and autism. This is a fantastic opportunity to work 1:1 with young people, providing mentorship and vital respite for their families. Why this role works for you: Total Flexibility: We have Long Day shifts with Sleep-in Package available; Variety: Work across different caseloads with shifts ranging from 1-3 service users a day; Impact: Help young people build confidence through social activities and community engagement. What we need from you: Driving is Mandatory: You must have a full license and access to your own vehicle; Experience: Prior work with children/young people or mental health/LD is essential; Availability: Ability to cover Day & Night shifts is highly desirable. ... Requirements:
Minimum of 6 months of UK experience in residential home for children's services
Enhanced Child & Adult DBS on the update service
Valid mandatory training certificates
Professional references from the past 3 years of employment/academics
Unrestricted right to work in the UK (sponsorship is not offered)
Commitment to a minimum of 36.5 hours (3 shifts) per week
