Job Description:

We’re expanding our Supported Living Services in the S40 area and are looking for compassionate, dedicated Mental Health Support Workers to join our team. Some of our services operate single-gender teams based on the needs of the individuals we support. This means we have roles available for both male and female support workers, with certain positions requiring a specific gender.

Job Responsibility:

  • Provide person-centred support to individuals with complex needs
  • Promote independence and enhance quality of life
  • Assist with daily living tasks including medication, cooking, cleaning, and documentation
  • Support access to community activities and help individuals build new skills and hobbies

Requirements:

  • Experience supporting individuals with ASD, mental health conditions, or complex needs
  • Understanding of challenging behaviours and Positive Behaviour Support (PBS)
  • Strong communication, organisation, and time management skills
  • A caring, positive attitude and the ability to work independently and within a team
  • UK driving licence ideal
