Job Description:

Join our Bolton team as a Mental Health Support Worker—make a real impact by empowering individuals, providing compassionate care, and supporting their recovery journey.

Job Responsibility:

Support residents with everyday tasks like cooking and meal prep
Medication and appointment support
Budgeting and household management
Exploring the local community
Encouraging new hobbies and skills
Providing emotional support during tough times

Requirements:

A warm, people-first attitude
Ideally, some experience in care or a Level 2/3 Health & Social Care qualification OR experience of caring for a loved one, family member or an individual with complex needs
Two references covering the past 3 years (and any previous roles supporting vulnerable adults)
An enhanced DBS check
