Job Responsibility

  • Deliver outstanding, person-centred mental health care

  • Support the young person to develop emotional regulation, coping strategies, resilience and independence whilst maintaining clear professional boundaries
  • Respond calmly and confidently during periods of distress, using de-escalation techniques and trauma-informed approaches to support positive outcomes
  • Encourage engagement in education, hobbies, community activities and daily routines that promote wellbeing and recovery
