Job Responsibility
Deliver outstanding, person-centred mental health care
Support residents to build independence and confidence
Help individuals engage with meaningful daily activities and the local community
Provide emotional, practical, and social support
Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
Promote recovery, inclusion, and relapse prevention
Encourage access to education, employment, and hobbies
Requirements
Experience working in mental health or a rehabilitation setting
A genuine passion for making a difference
A positive, compassionate, and resilient approach
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
A belief that care is more than a job—it’s a career
Right to Work in the UK for a minimum of 18 months from agreed start date
