About the company Randstad Student Support Team dedicated to supporting the well-being of its diverse student population. They are seeking a compassionate and skilled Mental Health Specialist Mentor to join their student support team. Role Role & Responsibilities You will be instrumental in providing individualized support to neurodiverse students, empowering them to thrive academically and personally. You'll design and implement comprehensive support plans, offer guidance and counseling, and collaborate effectively with university staff to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment. This involves fostering strong relationships with students, guiding them through challenges, and maintaining confidential records.
