Mental Health Lawyer role offering flexibility and the opportunity to make a positive impact supporting vulnerable individuals.

Job Responsibility

  • Giving clear, expert advice on mental health law – including detention, tribunals, and appeals
  • Representing clients at Mental Health Tribunals and Hospital Managers’ hearings
  • Preparing casework and making sure everything’s on time and on point
  • Working closely with professionals like psychiatrists and social workers to support clients’ rights
  • Staying up to date with changes in mental health law and policy
  • Supporting vulnerable clients with empathy, care, and professionalism
