Our Mental Health Service is growing, and we are looking for dedicated, compassionate, and forward-thinking professionals to join our team. You will work countywide within a dynamic, multi-disciplinary environment where your expertise is valued, your development is supported, and your impact is felt every day.

Job Responsibility:

  • Shape and deliver high quality, person-centred support for adults experiencing mental health challenges
  • Empower individuals, promote independence, and drive positive change within adult mental health services
  • Work countywide within a dynamic, multi-disciplinary environment

Requirements:

  • Hold a full driving licence and have the willingness to drive (exceptions under the Equality Act may apply)
  • For Skilled Worker Social Worker: minimum of 1 years' experience working in an Adults Social Worker role, currently registered with SWE and looking to move Certificate of Sponsorship and relocate to Gloucestershire
  • For Experienced Adults Social Worker: qualified Social Worker
