Job Responsibility:
Oversee and manage the daily running of mental health services

Ensure compliance with legislation, safeguarding requirements, and regulatory standards
Develop and implement service improvement plans
Manage budgets, resources, and reporting
Build strong relationships with external partners and stakeholders

Requirements:
