Requirements
Positive attitude, resilience, and enthusiasm for mental health recovery work
Experience in delivering group and individual support within health, social care, or related sectors
Good communication skills (written, verbal, motivational)
Enthusiasm for allotment management, horticulture, arts and crafts
Ability to plan, prioritise, and organise work
IT literacy (proficient in Word, email, and data input)
Willingness to travel within Restore’s service area

Experience working independently and in a team
Oversight of recovery plans and outcomes in health or social care settings
Motivational interviewing, coaching skills or qualification
Experience supporting people with complex and diverse needs
