Job Description:

Astrya Global, a San Diego–based medical staffing agency, is looking for Mental Health Professionals (LPCC) for a full-time role in San Diego, CA. The position is hybrid, with approximately 10% onsite in the City Heights office, and includes providing mental health assessments, diagnoses, treatment planning, and therapeutic services for individuals, families, and groups across the lifespan.

Job Responsibility:

  • Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments including DSM-5-TR diagnostic evaluations
  • Develop, implement, and review individualized treatment plans (ITPs) in collaboration with clients and multidisciplinary teams
  • Provide individual, family, and group psychotherapy using evidence-based modalities
  • Perform risk assessments including suicidality, homicidality, and danger to self/others
  • implement safety planning
  • Coordinate care with psychiatrists, case managers, primary care providers, and community agencies
  • Complete crisis intervention and stabilization services as needed
  • Facilitate referrals to appropriate levels of care including inpatient, PHP, IOP, and residential services

Requirements:

  • Current CA, LPCC License
  • 2 years of experience preferred
  • Credentialed with Optum and PAVE preferred
