Job Description:

Randstad is hiring passionate and skilled healthcare professionals for roles such as Support Workers, Healthcare Assistants, and Registered Mental Health Nurses. These opportunities involve rewarding and community impact-driven work in Carlisle and West Cumbria, with options to work in inpatient and hospital settings.

Job Responsibility:

Provide day-to-day care to children and young people with learning disabilities, autism, and mental health needs
Offer respite for families
Engage in meaningful activities that promote well-being and development
Provide vital support within hospital settings for HCA
Contribute expertise in inpatient settings as an RMN.

Requirements:

Minimum of 6 months of recent UK experience in the NHS or Private Hospital setting
A valid Right to Work in the UK
An Enhanced DBS registered on the update service
A full record of immunisations (BCG, MMR, Hepatitis-B)
Training required- BILD certified PMVA Course and Classroom Mandatory Training
For RMN role, must hold a Nursing degree and a valid NMC pin
A valid driving license and access to your own car for Support Worker roles.
