Guaranteed Income: Full-time minimum contracted hours (24 or 36 hrs). 12-hour day or waking night shifts on a Rota basis – 08:00-20:00 or 20:00-08:00. This may include adhering to specific guidance on dress and presentation to ensure the comfort and wellbeing of the client. In some cases, this may require visible tattoos to be covered, where they are known to act as a distress trigger for the clients being supported, particularly those living with complex conditions such as neurological impairments, trauma-related responses, or cognitive conditions. These requirements will always be discussed with candidates and are based on delivering safe, person-centred care.
