Job Responsibility
Undertake comprehensive assessments, risk formulations and safety planning, and case management for young people and their carers/families with an emphasis on supporting them through the recovery process
Work collaboratively with the team and our Lived Experience and Aboriginal Mental Health Liaison workforce in terms of care planning and treatment recommendations
Facilitate groups with other teams within the ICYMHS space
Attend professional supervision and regular team meetings
Provide a mental health service to young people aged 12 – 25, their families, and wider service systems
Requirements
Demonstrated clinical experience working with adolescents and families
Relevant years of experience for the role
Excellent communication, interpersonal and collaboration skills
Extensive experience in case management and systems work
