We are looking for a skilled Mendix Developer to join our support team in Bangalore. The role requires 2 to 5 years of experience in Mendix development and support, with a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or IT. The ideal candidate will provide Level 1 and Level 2 support for Mendix applications, ensuring timely issue resolution and continuous improvement of support processes.
Job Responsibility:
Monitor application health and performance
Handle user queries and basic troubleshooting
Perform routine checks and validations
Escalate unresolved issues to L2 support or development teams
Maintain support documentation and knowledge base
Analyze and resolve complex application issues
Debug Mendix applications and perform root cause analysis
Collaborate with development teams for bug fixes and enhancements
Support deployment and release activities
Ensure SLA compliance and timely resolution of tickets
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
2 to 5 years of experience in Mendix development and support
Hands-on experience with Mendix low-code platform (2+ years preferred)
Good understanding of microflows, nanoflows, domain models, and page logic
Experience with REST APIs, integration, and data modeling
Knowledge of ticketing tools (e.g., ServiceNow, JIRA)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and documentation abilities
Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
