Job Description:

Capital City Club Brookhaven is a private club located in Atlanta. Home to a beautiful 18-hole golf course. We are currently looking for enthusiastic, professional, and service-oriented individuals to join the Capital City team in our Men’s Grill.

Job Responsibility:

  • Stocks the bar daily and maintains organization and cleanliness
  • Prepares garnishes, fruit mixes, and pre-mixed drinks before opening the bar
  • Prepares and serves alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with accuracy and efficiency
  • Works in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with minimal supervision
  • Attends all staff meetings, including pre-shift sessions and training
  • Continually practices beverage and revenue control procedures
  • Completes other appropriate work assignments as requested by supervisor
  • Works closely with multiple teams and teammates to fulfill and exceed member expectations
  • Provides excellent food and beverage service to members and guests
  • Maintains and displays complete and comprehensive knowledge of menus
  • Follows daily opening and closing procedures, completes daily checklists
  • Becomes familiar with members' names and greets them accordingly
  • Assists fellow team members to provide unique, personalized service

Requirements:

  • Minimum 18 years of age
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to understand, interpret, and input data
  • Experience with food and beverage point-of-sale a plus
  • Ability to lift at least 20 pounds unassisted
  • Ability to perform job functions and assigned tasks with minimal supervision
  • Ability to work both independently and cohesively as part of a team
  • Attention to detail and a “go-getter” attitude
