Membership & Stakeholder Engagement Manager

• Lead the organisation’s stakeholder engagement strategy
• Build and maintain high-value relationships across member firms, industry bodies, regulators, education and government
• Drive membership retention and growth, supporting a best-in-class member journey
• Manage meetings, events, insight sessions and engagement activity
• Create compelling thought-leadership content in collaboration with communications colleagues
• Contribute to strategic planning across membership development, insights and stakeholder programmes
• Represent the organisation at sector events, roundtables and external meetings

• Strong experience in membership, stakeholder engagement, partnerships or account management
• Ability to engage credibly with senior leaders across diverse organisations
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including drafting impactful content and presenting
• A proactive, solutions-focused approach and strong organisational skills
• Confidence working independently while collaborating closely with internal teams
