Under Supervision, This Position Is Responsible For Establishing And Maintaining Paper Membership Files; Processing New Membership Applications; And Communicating With Group Representatives And Vendors, Area Office, Members And Other Departments.

Job Responsibility:

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 6 months clerical experience
  • Experience recognizing errors and discrepancies in membership processing procedures
  • Knowledge of the Blue Chip and/or Blue Star system
  • Analytical skills
  • Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
  • PC proficiency to include Microsoft Word and Excel

Nice to have:

  • 1 year FEP membership experience
  • FEP Direct knowledge

  • Maintain recruitment dashboards, pipeline summaries, and application folders in coordination with the Membership Development Manager
