Our client, a leader in the Transport & Logistics sector, is seeking a Membership Services Officer to join their friendly team in Kings Cross, London.

Job Responsibility:

  • Processing Insurance Claims: Handle sickness and life insurance claims with attention to detail
  • Customer Support: Respond to general enquiries from customers via phone, email, or letter
  • Information Requests: Provide customers with information about our client's products and services
  • Claim Processing: Oversee direct debits and ensure accuracy in all transactions

Requirements:

  • Customer Service Experience: Proven experience in a customer service role
  • Insurance Knowledge: Previous experience in the insurance industry is preferred but not essential
