We're looking for a confident and personable Membership Services Officer to join our client, a well-established charity supporting member organisations. You'll play a key role in guiding, advising and supporting members' charities to help them thrive and operate effectively. Job Responsibility:
Coordinating and delivering engaging events for member charities
Responding promptly to member enquiries by phone and email
Carrying out Charity Health Checks covering governance and operations
Supporting charities experiencing difficulties, working closely with the Head of Member Services
Identifying members who may need additional direct support
Providing administrative and event support
Requirements:
Strong IT skills, including MS Excel & PowerPoint
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Highly organised with the ability to multitask
Friendly, warm and approachable with a team-focused mindset
