Job Description

Goldfish Swim School is seeking a dedicated Sales Center Representative to join our team! Based in-school but working behind the scenes, you will play a key role in growing memberships for our locations in New Rochelle, Yorktown Heights, and Yonkers. As a Sales Center Representative, you will operate from our office within the school, focusing on managing calls, text messages, and leads. You’ll handle inquiries and drive enrollments, ensuring families receive exceptional service while contributing to the success of multiple locations. This role is not front-facing, allowing you to concentrate on sales efforts and lead management.

Job Responsibility

  • Inbound & Outbound Communication: Respond promptly and professionally to phone calls, text messages, and online inquiries
  • Lead Conversion: Convert inquiries and trial lessons into memberships by effectively communicating the value of our swim programs
  • Follow-Up: Maintain consistent follow-up with leads to ensure high conversion rates
  • Regional Coordination: Manage and track leads across three locations: New Rochelle, Yorktown Heights, and Yonkers
  • CRM Management: Accurately record all interactions and progress in the CRM system
  • Sales Performance: Meet and exceed individual and team sales goals

Requirements

  • Proven sales experience, ideally in a membership-driven environment
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional and personable demeanor
  • Highly organized with strong time-management skills to handle multiple tasks effectively
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and digital communication platforms
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a passion for achieving results
  • Familiarity with customer service in a family-focused setting is a plus
