Job Description:

Join our client as a Membership Sales Representative in Newcastle City Centre. This is a temporary, part-time role with an hourly rate of £13. You will engage with customers to drive annual memberships, assist with inquiries, and provide exceptional service. Training and support will be provided.

Job Responsibility:

Engage with customers to drive annual memberships
Assist customers with inquiries and provide exceptional service
Offer support and information about membership benefits
Help customers understand our money-back offer on second visits

Requirements:

Previous customer service experience is essential
Friendly and approachable demeanour
Enthusiasm for driving memberships and engaging with the public
