Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and dynamic Membership Sales Manager to join our team. You will recruit, train and lead a team of Membership Advisors, driving sales and membership growth through various channels including phone calls, emails, and social media. You’ll manage the sales process from lead generation to follow-up, ensuring that potential members understand the benefits and costs of joining. Working closely with the Event Sales Manager, you’ll help maintain the Club’s calendar and promote local sales initiatives. In addition, you’ll take on Duty Manager shifts, ensuring smooth daily operations and providing leadership when needed. Requirements

  • Degree in a related field (business, hospitality management, public relations or sales etc) is desirable
  • Experience in sales management
  • Ability to exemplify exceptional service standards and exceed guest expectations
  • Strong communication skills
  • An excellent standard of presentation is essential.
