We are looking for a Membership Sales Associate to support a non-profit organization in Boston, Massachusetts through a Contract position focused on member engagement and service. Job Responsibility
Respond to incoming calls and messages from prospective and current members, providing helpful and detail-focused support
Assist individuals with membership questions, program details, and service-related concerns in a timely manner
Complete order and enrollment information with accuracy, ensuring records are entered correctly and kept up to date
Make outbound calls as needed to follow up on inquiries, confirm details, or support membership sales efforts
Document customer interactions clearly and maintain organized account notes for future reference
Resolve routine issues efficiently and escalate more complex concerns to the appropriate team when necessary
Support daily call center activities while maintaining a courteous, solutions-focused approach in every interaction
Requirements
Previous experience in a customer service, call center, or member support environment
Ability to handle a high volume of inbound calls while maintaining professionalism and attention to detail
Strong verbal communication skills and a customer-focused approach to problem solving
Experience entering orders, applications, or customer information accurately into internal systems
Comfortable making outbound calls for follow-up, outreach, or service support purposes
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple inquiries and tasks efficiently
