We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our team as a Membership Sales Advisor at The Club. In this role, you will provide valuable information about the Club’s facilities, membership packages and pricing, either in person or over the phone, to prospective members. You will play a key role in driving membership retention through regular touchpoint calls and follow-ups with existing members.
Job Responsibility:
Provide information about the Club’s facilities, membership packages and pricing to prospective members
Drive membership retention through regular touchpoint calls and follow-ups
Manage the sales process from initial lead generation to successful outreach
Handle telephone and web inquiries
Conduct orientation programmes for new members
Provide tours for potential members
Ensure all membership applications are completed accurately
Cross-sell and upsell services
Contribute to the achievement of monthly lead generation targets
Maintain the membership database
Encourage referrals from existing members
Ensure all procedures for processing applications are followed
Stay informed on health and safety procedures
Ensure the highest standards of personal presentation and hygiene
Requirements:
Customer service experience required
Sales experience desirable but not essential
