Job Responsibility

Provide valuable information about the Club’s facilities, membership packages and pricing
Manage the sales process from initial lead generation to successful outreach
Handle telephone and web inquiries
Conduct orientation programmes for new members
Provide tours for potential members
Ensure all membership applications are completed accurately
Cross-sell, upsell, and contribute to the achievement of monthly lead generation targets
Maintain membership database
Encourage referrals from existing members
