Our client, a dedicated organisation based in Holborn, Central London, is seeking a Membership Operations Admin to join their team on a temporary contract. If you thrive in a customer-facing environment and have a knack for data management, we want to hear from you!
Job Responsibility:
Email members using provided templates to ensure clear communication
Perform data checks and corrections between spreadsheets and our CRM
Handle simple membership queries, such as changes of name, date of birth, and address
Manage returned mail and follow up with members to collect up-to-date contact information
Provide excellent customer service through written communications and phone interactions
Requirements:
Proven experience as an administrator in a customer-facing role
A commitment to delivering outstanding customer service
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks
Ability to follow process documents effectively
Self-motivated with excellent time management skills, able to juggle multiple tasks
Basic Excel knowledge for data-related tasks (no formulas needed!)
Experience with CRM systems (especially Salesforce) is a plus, but we will provide training!
