Well-known national nonprofit brand is seeking an experienced marketing manager to step in immediately and own several high-priority initiatives that are either mid-stream or just getting off the ground. Job Responsibility
Managing and advancing multiple active workstreams simultaneously, including subscription/experience product marketing, registration simplification initiatives, and membership marketing planning
Developing and driving creative and strategic briefs for freelancers based on business needs and multi-stakeholder input
Supporting a shift in how membership marketing strategy is approached and executed
Requirements
Proven experience in membership marketing strategy and/or member and lead acquisition
Someone who can own multiple workstreams at once without missing a beat
Strong communicator who can navigate multiple stakeholders with ease
An exceptional problem solver — things will come up, and we need someone who figures it out
Experience developing audience-driven strategies (not just executing campaigns) is a big plus
Background in cause-driven, youth, or community-focused organizations is a bonus
