We are looking for a Membership Manager to lead initiatives that drive member engagement and retention for our organization. Based in Austin, Texas, this role is essential in representing the chapter at industry events, fostering relationships, and ensuring strategic membership growth. The ideal candidate will bring strong organizational skills, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

Job Responsibility:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive plans to recruit and retain members, ensuring consistent growth
  • Represent the chapter at industry events, networking opportunities, and gatherings focused on accuracy and attention to detail
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to track member engagement and satisfaction
  • Organize and lead new member orientations, providing follow-up support to ensure a seamless onboarding experience
  • Collaborate with the Membership Committee to implement strategies and initiatives aligned with organizational goals
  • Oversee strategic projects aimed at enhancing membership benefits and expanding the member base
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing member inquiries and identifying opportunities for improvement
  • Contribute to organizational priorities by taking on additional duties as assigned by leadership

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in membership management or a related field, with a focus on benefits coordination and analysis
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, and PowerPoint
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, adaptable to diverse audiences and situations
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple priorities under tight deadlines
