Hampshire Fare is the county’s leading food, drink and craft community, supporting over 350 local producers, hospitality businesses, makers and growers. As a not-for-profit CIC, they champion local enterprise through a strong brand, high-profile events, and an active membership network. With exciting plans for growth, they are now looking for a people-focused Member Engagement & Marketing Executive to join their small, passionate team.

Job Responsibility:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with members through calls, visits, events, and regular communication
  • Support membership growth, onboarding, and retention
  • Create and schedule engaging social media content, primarily for Instagram and Facebook
  • Help plan and deliver major events such as Winchester Christmas Market, trade shows, the New Forest Show and other member events
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date member records and data
  • Act as a key point of contact for member queries, providing a friendly and proactive service
  • Represent Hampshire Fare at events and networking opportunities across the county

Requirements:

  • Confident, approachable, and genuinely enjoys working with people
  • Experience in a membership, marketing, hospitality, events, or customer-facing role
  • Organised and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Comfortable using social media platforms for business purposes
  • A full UK driving licence with access to a vehicle for visits and events

Nice to have:

  • Experience within food, drink, hospitality, or events
  • Content creation skills (graphics, reels, stories)
  • Knowledge of Hampshire’s local food, drink, and craft scene
